ATP Illuminator Machine

To ensure sustained compliance with infection control protocols, a robust monitoring system will be established. This will involve regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training and identify any gaps or areas requiring further improvement. By collecting and analysing this data, we will be able to make data – driven decision and continuously improve infection control measures.
Sirmaxo Chemicals supports cleanliness & hygiene monitoring system through ATP illuminator machine. The luminometer is part of an ATP Hygiene/Sanitation Monitoring System intended to detect ATP found in organic matter and microorganisms. The Hygiena luminometer, in conjunction with Hygiena’s ATP and Micro-snap test devices, measures levels of contamination on surfaces, water and product samples.

WHY CHOOSE ATP IN VALIDATION?

  • Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is an enzyme that is present in all living cells, and an ATP monitoring system can detect the amount of organic matter that remains after cleaning an environmental surface, a medical device or a surgical instrument.
  • Hospitals are using ATP-based sanitation monitoring systems to detect and measure ATP on surfaces as a method of ensuring the effectiveness of their facilities sanitation efforts.
  • The amount of ATP detected, and where this ATP was detected, indicates areas and items in the healthcare setting that may need to be recleaned, and the possible need for improvement in a healthcare facility’s cleaning protocols.

HOW ATP DETECTOR WILL ADD VALUE

  • Ensure proper cleaning
  • Confirm proper training
  • Manage and motivate housekeeping/cleaning team
  • Demonstrate EVS improvements
  • Prevent HAI
  • A basic ATP monitoring program for 200 bed hospital is less than $1,200 a month.
  • The expected excess cost per HAI is 4x the cost of a basic ATP monitoring program

USPs :

  • Cleaning should be monitored to ensure standards are being met in terms of cleaning efficacy and frequency.
  • This ensures that major risk areas are identified quickly so that corrective actions can be taken.
  • Easy and immediate
